LPI is a research-based organization. We continuously conduct action-research with clients, learning impact studies, learning design studies and longitudinal studies involving our thousands of students on the programs and through our alumni forum.

We produce cutting-edge knowledge that is easily applicable by most organizations. The Leadership Pipeline book, as an example, is an evergreen bestseller with more than 300,000 copies sold and is considered one of the most influential leadership models over the past two decades.

We combine our own research with external leading research in the areas of adult learning, high-impact learning, impact measurement and digitalized learning.

We translate research into hands-on practical solutions that can be applied by leaders, specialist and project leaders in everyday life.
