Core Areas of Expertise Where We Are Industry Experts
Over the years, we have built a number of broad and deep expertise areas. However, “deep” is the keyword to us. We should be the industry expert within our expertise areas. Why else would you be contacting us in the first place?
Consequently, we only market some selected expertise areas. We appreciate that some of your projects may require a combination of our expertise areas and other consultancy companies’ expertise areas. In these cases, we will with enthusiasm cooperate with you and your preferred vendor on the other expertise areas in order to co-create a solution best suited for your organization.
Whereas you will be working directly with our experts in the different areas, we still offer you to have a client manager as one point of contact. Our client managers will themselves be an expert in at least one of the expertise areas but more often two of the expertise areas. This is a key selection criteria, in order to become client manager in the first place.
Our experts are also characterized by having years of hands-on experience from outside the consultancy industry. This is what will guarantee you the best implementation support you can get.
